Develop and deliver scalable front-end and back-end solutions for WeRoad’s supply platform. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Design to define architecture, manage technical complexity, improve user experience, and deliver quality features. Responsibilities include autonomous project and stakeholder management, technical leadership, Agile delivery, and building web interfaces and APIs using Vue, Nuxt, NestJS, and TypeScript.

Build and scale user-facing platforms, APIs, web interfaces, and internal tools across the full stack. Design architectural solutions, deliver frontend and backend features, manage technical complexity, and ensure product quality, scalability, and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, designers, and stakeholders while applying Agile delivery practices, testing, and modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead a small data engineering team as a hands-on manager to evolve the BigQuery warehouse, dbt transformations, ingestion and orchestration (Airflow, dlt, serverless CDC), and the semantic/BI layer (Tableau, Metabase, Lightdash). Own data governance, pipeline reliability, observability, and drive AI-assisted engineering and production AI data pipelines while partnering with product and stakeholders to deliver trusted self-service analytics.

Own global portfolio visibility and performance tracking for itineraries across markets. Run analyses to scale, optimize, or deactivate products, monitor competitors, analyze market trends and customer behavior, supervise offering planning and availability, collaborate with Revenue and Supply teams, present portfolio health in reviews, and experiment with AI to automate and improve forecasting and benchmarking.

Manage inbound and outbound B2C sales across multiple channels, convert leads, maintain a structured sales pipeline, represent the brand, handle objections, and collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to improve sales strategy and customer experience.

Lead small-group adventure trips worldwide on a per‑trip basis. Manage group dynamics for 10–15 travelers, set the tone, run activities, handle logistics and unexpected issues, and ensure an inclusive, high-energy experience. Participate in a two-day Selection Weekend as part of the hiring process.

Lead small Spanish-speaking travel groups, create positive group dynamics, support travelers throughout itineraries, ensure safety and inclusion, and turn trips into memorable shared experiences.
