Lead small-group adventure trips worldwide on a per‑trip basis. Manage group dynamics for 10–15 travelers, set the tone, run activities, handle logistics and unexpected issues, and ensure an inclusive, high-energy experience. Participate in a two-day Selection Weekend as part of the hiring process.

Support the CRM Manager in executing and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, app, SMS, WhatsApp), deploy automated email sequences, run A/B tests, help build customer journeys, monitor KPIs and analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition and retention.
