Lead small-group international adventures for 10–15 travelers, creating memorable experiences, managing challenges, and fostering group connection. This flexible, per-trip opportunity involves leading one or two trips annually, participating in training and selection activities, and joining WeRoad’s global coordinator community. Trips, mentorship, and travel benefits are provided.

Design and price multi-day travel itineraries based on destination or specialist expertise. Collaborate with WeRoad’s tour operator team and Group Leaders to publish and deliver trips. Partners may optionally lead departures themselves, while WeRoad handles traveler acquisition and operational support. Applicants need a VAT number or equivalent for invoicing and strong English communication skills.

Develop and deliver scalable front-end and back-end solutions for WeRoad’s supply platform. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Design to define architecture, manage technical complexity, improve user experience, and deliver quality features. Responsibilities include autonomous project and stakeholder management, technical leadership, Agile delivery, and building web interfaces and APIs using Vue, Nuxt, NestJS, and TypeScript.

Lead a small data engineering team as a hands-on manager to evolve the BigQuery warehouse, dbt transformations, ingestion and orchestration (Airflow, dlt, serverless CDC), and the semantic/BI layer (Tableau, Metabase, Lightdash). Own data governance, pipeline reliability, observability, and drive AI-assisted engineering and production AI data pipelines while partnering with product and stakeholders to deliver trusted self-service analytics.
