Lead small Spanish-speaking travel groups, create positive group dynamics, support travelers throughout itineraries, ensure safety and inclusion, and turn trips into memorable shared experiences.

Lead city launches by planning and running field events, guerrilla marketing, and community partnerships. Build local relationships, support Group Leaders, prioritize opportunities by ROI, and measure attendance, leads, and downstream bookings.
