Sales ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market/division, aligned with the division’s strategy. You will work toward achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities to strengthen our market presence.

This role is part of the Automation in Energy Industries Business Division, focusing on delivering advanced automation solutions and enhancing growth through innovative technologies and customer-centric strategies.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions, in line with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
Execute efficient marketing activities and clearly articulate the value proposition to customers.
Identify and cultivate the development of new market opportunities within the designated region.
Manage administrative procedures in the sales process and support cash collection and project management activities when required.

Qualifications for the role
Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
7–12 years of experience in relevant sales within Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Power, and Water markets.
Highly skilled in developing sales funnels and managing industrial automation projects as a front-end sales representative across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Proficiency in SFDC, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Motivation to build new connections, learn emerging technologies, understand evolving markets, and willingness to travel.
Conversant in local languages and fluent in English.
Effective strategies implemented for business growth in the mentioned segments.
