市场开发与客户管理： 负责安徽天长地区（可辐射周边滁州 蚌埠 宿州等地区）成套盘厂、维护与深度关系管理，达成销售目标。
方案销售与推广： 向盘厂客户推广ABB全系列低压电器元器件及柜体配套解决方案（如断路器、接触器、方案等），配合提供专业技术选型支持。
渠道协同与管理： 与区域核心经销商协同工作，赋能合作伙伴，共同开拓项目机会。
项目全程跟进： 从前期技术交流、报价、投标到合同签订、负责销售项目的全流程管控。
市场信息洞察： 收集、分析天长地区盘厂行业动态、市场信息及客户需求。
任职要求 | Qualifications
经验与地域：对天长地区及周边的盘厂市场、客户网络有深入了解或现成资源。
行业知识： 熟悉低压配电产品、元器件及成套设备技术知识，了解盘厂业务模式和业务流程。
核心能力： 具备优秀的客户沟通谈判能力、独立开拓能力和商务公关能力。基础技术交流。
个人特质： 结果导向，自驱力强，能承受压力，适应高频次客户拜访，诚信可靠。
