Job Purpose:  

We are looking for a detail oriented & proactive professional to support a high performing sales team.
In this role, you will be a direct extension of the account managers, you will help drive coordination, preparation, and operational support for key customer engagements and high-value enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • 1. Sales Quotation & Proposal Support

  • Prepare accurate, well-structured, and professionally formatted sales quotations based on customer requirements within SLA.
  • Support Account Managers in assigned customer projects, including quotation follow-up, deployment insights, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Product) and external stakeholders (Partners, OEMs) to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tender participation.
     
  • 2. Internal Coordination & Documentation

  • Consolidate and organize project requirements from OEMs and internal teams.
  • Maintain structured records of pricing, supplier information, and project costing details.
  • Track quotation updates and revisions, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Update opportunities and activities in internal systems (CRM or equivalent).
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of requests.
     
  • 3. Supplier & Vendor Liaison

  • Source and obtain updated quotations from approved vendors.
  • Maintain a current database of pricing, catalogues, materials, and product samples.
  • Support internal reviews by comparing supplier options during costing and design development.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience selling IT solutions in the channel required.

  • Tertiary IT degree or Diploma preferable

  • Relationship Building Skills

  • Communication Skills

  • Self managed

  • Maturity – able to work with all levels within an organization

  • Strong business acumen

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ; Excel

  • Leverage internal relationships and sell the ‘value add’

  • Opportunity Closing Skills

  • Technically competent
