The Sales Specialist is a regional sales professional responsible for executing field-level sales strategies and driving customer engagement across assigned territories, including car dealers, national retailers, clubs, and independent dealers. The role focuses on increasing sell-through performance by building strong customer relationships, optimizing in-store execution, supporting promotions, and identifying new business opportunities. This position partners closely with Regional Sales Managers and account teams to align sales plans with market execution while leveraging data, CRM tools, and customer insights to improve market share and territory performance. Territory Assignment: Green Bay/NE Wisconsin
This is a field-based position supporting accounts throughout the Green Bay/NE Wisconsin territory. Candidates should reside within the territory or a reasonable driving distance. This role requires approximately 80% travel, with an average of 4 days per week spent in the field. The successful candidate will be expected to visit each assigned account at least once per quarter and regularly travel throughout the territory.

What You Will Do
Execute regional sales and sell-out strategies across assigned territories to drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement.
Manage and support key customer channels, including car dealers, retailers, clubs, and independent dealers, ensuring strong product visibility and merchandising execution.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand territory performance.
Analyze sales results, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend actions that improve sell-through and profitability.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and account teams to align sales plans, promotions, product launches, and field execution strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide customer and market insights to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree.
Candidates graduating on or before January 1, 2027, are eligible for consideration.
Progressive experience in sales, account management, strategic product support, sales support, or completion of a sales development program preferred.
