Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics business in Mexico city.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Meet revenue targets and ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory.

  • Conduct commercial visits in defined strategic sectors, promoting CWA portfolio solutions.

  • Generate and manage opportunities in Salesforce with a focus on value-based solutions aligned to customer needs.

  • Select and specify appropriate technical solutions for each application, ensuring commercial and technical feasibility.

  • Develop relationships with key customers and ensure penetration of the CWA portfolio in target markets.

  • Lead the opportunity closing process, facilitating effective negotiations and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

  • Identify opportunities in emerging segments and propose initiatives to generate demand and position the portfolio.

  • Drive strategic partnerships with channels and key stakeholders to expand coverage and accelerate commercial growth.

  • Contribute to the commercial strategy through market insights and segmentation analysis.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, or related field).

  • Technical sales experience: Minimum of 3 years in selling liquid analyzers (preferably also recorders and basic controllers).

  • Specialized knowledge (preferred): Technologies such as pH, conductivity, chlorine, colorimetry, spectrophotometry, etc.

  • Technical English: Intermediate to advanced level for documentation and technical communication.

  • Sales funnel management: Ability to generate, follow up, and close opportunities.

  • Consultative approach: Understand customer needs and propose value-based solutions.

  • Proactivity and results orientation: Growth mindset and constant pursuit of new opportunities.
