Amaç: GSK misyon ve hedefleri doğrultusunda paydaşlarla güçlü, sürdürülebilir ve katma değerli ilişkiler inşa ederek, çalıştığı ürünlerin kendi bölgesinde belirlenen tanıtım programlarını uygun şekilde sorumluluğundaki hastane, kurum, servis ve kuruluşlarda uygulamak, pazardaki değişimleri ve rakiplerin stratejilerini izleyerek bölgesindeki tanıtım faaliyetlerini bölge pazar payını geliştirecek bir düzen içinde yürütmek ve yönetmek. GSK’nın paydaş gözündeki imajını oluşturmak, korumak ve geliştirmek; tanıtım aktivitelerinin lokal regülasyonlar, GSK Kuralları ve AİFD İyi Tanıtım ve İyi İletişim İlkelerine uygun yürütülmesini sağlamak ve böylelikle firmanın hedeflerine ulaşmasına katkıda bulunmak.
Görev Tanımı:
• GSK Türkiye strateji ve önceliklerine uygun olarak tanıtım faaliyetlerini yürütmek
• Sorumlu olduğu kilit kurumlarda, şirket içi ilgili fonksiyonları da harekete geçirerek biyolojik ajan kullanımını arttırmaya yönelik projeler geliştirmek
• Hasta Odaklı Tanıtım modeline uygun tanıtım görüşmeleri gerçekleştirmek
• Sorumlu olduğu bölgeler için tahsis edilen kaynakları doğru analiz ve planlamalar yaparak etkin şekilde kullanmak
• Paydaş haritasını oluşturmak ve iş planını düzenli takip etmek, ilgili paydaşlardan içgörüleri toplamak ve bu içgörülerden sonuç yaratacak projeler geliştirmek
• Sorumluluk alanındaki görevleri yerine getirirken GSK Değerlerine, GSK içerisinde uygulamada olan lokal ve global tüm politika ve prosedürlere (Etik Tanıtım İlkeri, Hasta Odaklı Tanıtım Modeli prensipleri), çalışılan ülke mevzuatı ve kabul görmüş uluslararası standartlar ile uyumlu olarak çalışmak
