The Sales Representative will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage sales activities, conduct product evaluations, and provide training on Stryker products.

What you will do:
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.

  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.

  • Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.

  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.

  • Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.

  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.

  • Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.

  • Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.

What you need:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree Management or sales industry related degree/diploma/Business degree.
  • 1-3 years Sales experience with in Medical Device Industry.
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferred.
  • Possession of mandatory personnel documents for Sales Promotion and Clinical Support
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Valid driving license.

Travel Percentage: 90%

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English
