Amaç: GSK misyon ve hedefleri doğrultusunda paydaşlarla güçlü, sürdürülebilir ve katma değerli ilişkiler inşa ederek, çalıştığı ürünlerin kendi bölgesinde belirlenen tanıtım programlarını uygun şekilde sorumluluğundaki hastane, kurum, servis ve kuruluşlarda uygulamak, pazardaki değişimleri ve rakiplerin stratejilerini izleyerek bölgesindeki tanıtım faaliyetlerini bölge pazar payını geliştirecek bir düzen içinde yürütmek ve yönetmek. GSK’nın paydaş gözündeki imajını oluşturmak, korumak ve geliştirmek; tanıtım aktivitelerinin lokal regülasyonlar, GSK Kuralları ve AİFD İyi Tanıtım ve İyi İletişim İlkelerine uygun yürütülmesini sağlamak ve böylelikle firmanın hedeflerine ulaşmasına katkıda bulunmak.

Görev Tanımı:

  • Kilit kurum yönetiminde stratejik bakış açısına, kök nedeni tespit etme ve bunlara uygun çözümleri yenilikçi bakış açısı ile oluşturma yetkinliklerine sahip olmak.
  • Sorumlu olduğu hastane, servis, kurum ve kuruluşlardaki tanıtım faaliyetlerini GSK ve lokal tanıtım ilkelerine, tanıtım programlarına ve stratejilerine uygun olarak yürütmek.
  • Hasta Odaklı Tanıtım modeline uygun tanıtım görüşmeleri gerçekleştirmek
  • Sorumlu olduğu bölge ve ürün portföyü için tahsis edilen kaynakları doğru analiz ve planlamalar yaparak etkin şekilde kullanmak.
  • Tanıtım faaliyetleri ile ilgili GSK politika ve prosedürlerinde belirtildiği kapsamda, planlama yapmak, aşağıda belirtilen raporları hazırlamak ve belirlenen zamanlarda Bölge Müdürü ve Tanıtım Müdürüne sunmak
  • Günlük ziyaretleri planlamak, onaylamak ve kaydetmek.
  • Kendisi için belirlenmiş temsil bütçesini GSK Kuralları çerçevesinde takip etmek.
  • İş planı yapmak, uygulamak ve takip etmek.
  • Doktor ve eczacılardan gelen ürün şikayetleri ve yan etki bildirimlerini, GSK kurallarında belirtilen zaman ve yönlendirmeler kapsamında raporlamak.
  • Sorumluluk alanındaki görevleri yerine getirirken GSK Değerlerine, GSK içerisinde uygulamada olan lokal ve global tüm politika ve prosedürlere uyumlu olarak çalışmak.

Aranılan Nitelikler:

  • 4 yıllık üniversite mezunu olmak
  • İleri düzeyde medikal ve pazarlama bilgisine sahip olmak.
  • Tercihen solunum alanında en az 2 yıl deneyim sahibi olmak
  • Sürücü belgesi ve araç kullanma deneyimine sahip olmak
  • ÜTE sertifikasına sahip olmak
  • Askerliğini tamamlamış olmak
