📌 Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will deliver strong results while building and managing relationships with both existing and future customers, fostering long-term partnerships. Sales activities will be based in Greece 🇬🇷.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • 🔍 Proactively identify, develop, and expand your assigned customer portfolio by mapping the market, cold calling, and visiting existing and prospective customers
  • 📊 Present and sell our end-to-end supply chain solutions in line with assigned targets
  • 🎯 Deliver additional business growth and achieve contract renewal targets for your portfolio
  • 📈 Drive Ocean and Logistics & Services volumes, as well as Gross Profit/Yield targets, while maintaining a strong relationship focus
  • 🤝 Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at all levels and generate new business opportunities
  • 🚀 Ensure a consistent flow of opportunities in the pipeline, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and maintain CRM hygiene standards
  • 🛠️ Support the resolution of commercial and operational customer issues, including managing escalations
  • 😊 Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • ✍️ Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet deadlines aligned with their short- and long-term goals
🔎 We Are Looking For

Additional requirements:

  • 🇬🇷 Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
  • 🚗 Willingness and ability to travel within Greece

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems (not mandatory)
  • An existing network within the logistics/shipping industry
