On behalf of our client, we are looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join a growing team of B2B Sales Representatives focused on the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market. You'll be working with a globally renowned cloud platform, helping businesses understand how cloud services can scale and support their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound email and phone.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Understand client needs and provide insights and solutions using cloud-based tools and services.
- Educate clients on the range of available products, updates, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot or escalate small technical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the following languages at C1/native level: Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, or.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong command of English (C1 level) for training and internal communications.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales (cloud software or CRM tools experience is a big plus).
- Confidence in using web applications, cloud-based tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and accountability skills.
