Overview and Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a Power Grids Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned geographical area and/or sector, ensuring the fulfilment of sales targets, customer satisfaction and brand positioning.
Main responsibilities
Achieve established monthly targets for volume (tonnes) of Cu and Al, and contribution margin (%) of Cu and Al. Comply with the established monthly/weekly visit schedule. Record commercial management in the CRM on a weekly basis. Carry out all activities related to commercial management for customer acquisition and retention. Provide support in customer collection management, in coordination with the credit and portfolio area. Manage the assigned customer portfolio, strengthening long-term commercial relationships. Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. Present commercial proposals, negotiate contractual conditions in collaboration with the Offers Professional and/or Tender Specialist. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, engineering, quality) to ensure compliance with customer commitments. Perform after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints or requests. Keep commercial information updated in the CRM system. Prepare commercial and/or legal DOAs, when applicable.
Who are we looking for?
- Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the Colombian energy market is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills and preferably knowledge of SAP.
- Intermediate level of English.

Principales responsabilidades
Cumplimiento de las metas mensuales establecidas de volumen (ton) de cu y al, y margen de contribución (%) de Cu y Al Cumplir el plan de visitas establecido de forma mensual-Semanal Registrar la gestión comercial en el CRM de forma semanal periodica Desarrollo de todas las actividades inherentes a la gestión comercial para la apertura y mantenimiento de clientes. Dar apoyo en la gestión de cobranza a clientes, en coordinación con el área de crédito y cartera Gestionar el portafolio de clientes asignado, fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo. Identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias para incrementar ventas. Presentar propuestas comerciales, negociar condiciones contractuales en trabajo conjunto con el Profesional de ofertas y/o Especialista de Licitaciones. Coordinar con áreas internas (producción, logística, ingeniería, calidad) para garantizar el cumplimiento de compromisos con el cliente. Realizar seguimiento postventa para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y gestionar reclamos o solicitudes. Mantener actualizada la información comercial en el sistema CRM Elaboración de DOA comercial y/o legal, cuando aplique.
¿A quién estamos buscando?
- Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Electrónica, administración de empresas o afines.
- De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
- Deseable experiencia en ventas B2B y conocimiento del mercado energético colombiano.
- Manejo de Excel avanzado y preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
