Summary:We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative
Working Conditions
Location: Bogotá – Hybrid modality
Salary: COP $2,142,000 + commissions + legal benefits
Modality: Hybrid (with remote work bonus)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Indefinite
Career Plan: 6-month growth projection
Candidate Profile
Law student in the final semesters (evening classes) or recent graduate in Legal Sciences.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in a call center).
Interest in commercial areas, negotiation, and business development.
Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
Responsibilities
Contact and schedule meetings with lawyers, government entities, corporations, and academic institutions interested in our solutions.
Identify business opportunities with current and potential clients.
Gather key client information to map strategic contacts and establish effective communication.
Build quality relationships with key contacts (via calls and emails).
Coordinate online demonstrations or in-person presentations of vLex products and services.

Competitive and equitable salary
