We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative

Working Conditions

  • Location: Bogotá – Hybrid modality

  • Salary: COP $2,142,000 + commissions + legal benefits

  • Modality: Hybrid (with remote work bonus)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Contract Type: Indefinite

  • Career Plan: 6-month growth projection

Candidate Profile

  • Law student in the final semesters (evening classes) or recent graduate in Legal Sciences.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in a call center).

  • Interest in commercial areas, negotiation, and business development.

  • Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and schedule meetings with lawyers, government entities, corporations, and academic institutions interested in our solutions.

  • Identify business opportunities with current and potential clients.

  • Gather key client information to map strategic contacts and establish effective communication.

  • Build quality relationships with key contacts (via calls and emails).

  • Coordinate online demonstrations or in-person presentations of vLex products and services.
