Job Description:
Royal Canin Korea is looking for a Sales Representative (1-year temporary contract) based in Seoul, responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement within assigned territories.
Job Purpose/Overview
- Deliver major sales KPIs : volume, order rate %, SKU distribution, shelf share, merchandising, product detailing - Regular call visit : based on customers segmentation & classification to ensure major sales KPI fulfillment.
- Grow with Customers : Develop key accounts as identifying opportunities and understand customers' needs and driving the result (quantitative, qualitative result)
- Brand experience : Implement in-store merchandising strategy in the eyes of shoppers
- Ensure the store staff have proper knowledge to recommend the appropriate products
- Manage distribution channels, accounts to ensure brand and corporate functional compliance
Key Accountability
- Ensure major sales KPIs and marketing standard is fully implemented at the accounts in charge
- Manage accounts based on customer priorities
- Explore potential customers and co-develop growth plan. Conduct periodical reviews with customers to analyze their past sales and set up action plans to ensure profitability
- Offer product training/ education sessions to store staff, in particular for high recommendation shops - Regular report : Customer, Shopper, Competitor insights

Knowledge/Experience
- 1~5 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG market (F&B, Consumer Goods, OTC Pharma, Optical company)
