Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in stationery product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for stationery products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, offices, retail stores, and wholesalers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, preferably in the stationery or office supplies industry.
  • Strong understanding of stationery products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Preferred:

  • Existing client network in the stationery or office supplies industry.
  • Experience in B2B and institutional sales.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + commission
  • Travel and communication allowances
  • Incentive programs based on performance
