Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Review and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Resolve site issues and report to the Project Manager.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
A diploma or a degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards.
