ResponsibilitiesYour Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across your territory
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and commercial presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer potential
- Prepare weekly sales plans and maintain accurate customer reporting
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Technical teams to support business growth
- Represent Sherwin-Williams professionally and promote our products and services
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
- Secondary education (required)
- Previous experience in Sales, Technical Sales or a commercial role is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial products or coatings is an advantage
- Experience managing customer relationships is highly valued
