Position Summary
As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding market share for our innovative solutions. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will be pivotal in building strong connections with key customers and stakeholders. You will report directly to our PA Regional Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Prague, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in solutions sales, preferably in a technology or industrial environment.
- Understanding of process automation landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
