Sales Representative – Astana (1-Year Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join Haleon on a 1-year maternity cover contract starting in September 2025. Based in Astana, you will play a vital role in promoting our trusted medicines, building strong pharmacy partnerships, and ensuring product visibility and availability across your territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (sell-in, sell-out, in-store KPIs).
• Promote Haleon products through regular detailing, presentations, and round tables with pharmacists.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacy staff and key customers.
• Execute marketing activities and ensure compliance with planograms and promotional agreements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability in pharmacies.
• Collaborate with distributors and the Key Customer Manager to coordinate field activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting via CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, SKURA).
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the marketing team.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and internal training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities.

• Higher education (preferably in medical or pharmaceutical fields).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.

• Experience working with pharmacy chains and distributors.
• Knowledge of the Astana pharmaceutical market.
• Familiarity with Haleon products and therapeutic categories.
