Simple Life is the #1 AI-powered health coaching app for adults who want to lose weight and enjoy a healthier lifestyle—without the stress or extremes. Our mission is to empower people to feel their best every day. By challenging traditional, restrictive approaches, Simple offers a more sustainable method grounded in ease, personalization, and real-life support.

Simple has had over 17 million downloads and more than 300,000 5-star reviews, having helped millions lose weight successfully and sustainably. Simple has earned recognition as Best Virtual Coach and one of the Top 100 AI companies - all thanks to a dedicated global team driving real impact.

We’ve recently launched Simple Move, a new product within the Simple ecosystem focused on helping people bring more movement into their daily lives. It’s built around approachable, guided movement practices that support consistency, confidence, and long-term habit building. Instead of pushing users into intense fitness routines, Simple Move is designed to make movement feel doable, supportive, and easy to return to.

To support this next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to join the Simple Move team. This person will shape the structure, flow, and quality of our movement programs, turning user needs, product goals, expert input, and performance insights into engaging guided experiences that help people stay motivated and build lasting habits.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with our LTV product manager on the renewal cycle. Understand the hypothesis behind a CR, retention, or renewal bet, then build it;

  • Own quality: decide what principles, concepts, and exercise sets go into a program, choices that move CR, retention, and renewal. The same program, built on the same timeline, can land very differently depending on these choices;

  • Own delivery: get programs and experiments built and loaded by the date traffic needs them, without losing the logic that makes them work;

  • Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiments: select exercises, define order, duration, and progression, generate supporting assets with AI tools where needed, and assemble and upload the final version of programs in the CMS;

  • Build new programs and improve existing ones from what’s already working: competitor programs, YouTube performance, seasonal trends. Adapt it for our product instead of inventing methodology from scratch;

  • Bring hypotheses and draft programs to our medical/fitness expert for review;

  • Track how your builds perform against the CR, retention, and renewal targets the LTV product manager sets, and feed results into the next round of hypotheses;

  • Work with the Product Content Lead on briefs and priorities on new programs and topics;

  • Make programs feel engaging and natural without odd feellings textbook.

What We’re Looking For:
  • You treat activation, retention, and LTV as one funnel with renewal as the outcome. You partner with our LTV product manager and Product Content Lead on strategy, then own turning it into built programs;

  • Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product: fitness, wellness, habit formation, or education. Your work ties to product metrics;

  • You set KPIs, read engagement and retention numbers, and turn them into concrete content and structure decisions;

  • You sweat the details of how a program comes together: exercise selection, order, duration, format, variety;

  • You work fast and autonomously. Bring drafts and hypotheses instead of waiting for a full spec, and iterate on feedback;

  • You partner with a medical/fitness expert for safety verification;

  • AI tools are part of how you work: you use them to structure, generate, and scale program content;

  • You operate well in a lean, fast moving team where roles overlap and ownership shifts as we grow;

  • Programs multiply across topics and difficulty levels, and the manual build work grows right along with them;

  • Bonus: background in training, coaching, or medical/fitness. Product and engagement thinking matters more than domain credentials.

Perks and benefits:
  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience;

  • Remote, in-office, and hybrid work opportunities;

  • The equipment you need to do your job;

  • A premium SIMPLE subscription;

  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);

  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.
