Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role serves as the primary commercial interface between customers and FET, identifying opportunities to deliver value-added solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational alignment. The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with operations, engineering, product line, and service teams to deliver technical solutions that support customer objectives and business growth.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Undertake travel to meet customers.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, drilling contractors, service companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote FET products, services, and technologies by demonstrating their value and application to customer operations.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, product line, and service teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer activity, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM and other business systems.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical reviews.
  • Support account retention efforts by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote FET's capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety requirements, and ethical business practices.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive sales experience within the oil and gas, energy services, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
