Job Description

Sales Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting new potential clients, driving business growth, providing expert consultations, and ensuring strong collaboration with brokers.

What will your role be:

· Actively seek out new potential credit insurance clients in the Lithuanian business market.

· Take full ownership of the sales process: proactively search for new customers or handle broker referrals, arrange sales meetings with potential clients and negotiate agreement terms.

· Prepare client analyses, present projects to decision-makers and deliver solution to the client.

· Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management topics.

· Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

· Build strong partnerships with trade credit insurance brokers.

Qualifications

· Motivated and customer-oriented mindset.

· Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

· Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.

· Experience working in banks, insurance, or credit collection is desirable.

· Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.

· Professional Lithuanian and English level (both spoken and written) is essential.

· Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
