Hiring: Sales & Quality Project Manager

I’m Eglė Sonata Padagaitė, and I’m currently looking for a Sales & Quality Project Manager to join our Enterprise Sales and Services Competence Division at Telia in Vilnius

You will indirectly manage external team working with existing and future business customers’ needs, advise and help our external partner to make the best telco solution for Lithuanian smallest enterprise customers. If you enjoy working in sales, technology, business, and customer support, this job is for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted sales, quality and project manager for external sales team.
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationship with Telia’s external sales service provider and look for better ways to strengthen inter-organizational collaboration.
  • Ensure achievement of Telia and customer business targets.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and contract with external sales service provider.
  • Identify and eliminate customer journey pain points to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer requirements effectively.
     

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is a proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented professional with strong collaboration and communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset that drives sales performance, customer service quality, and team engagement.

  • Team lead experience in sales and/or remote customer care operations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver’s license (category B).
  • IT and telecommunications experience, B2B sales or project management skills will be an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600–3000Eur gross plus monthly bonus averaging at around 600Eur, based on your sales results.
