Role Overview:

This position also includes managing project tasks using tools like Jira and working extensively with Google Workspace to support the end-to-end quoting and order process. Strong attention to detail, comfort with administrative and repetitive tasks, and the ability to learn new systems and processes are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing emails, customer quotes and project briefs for technical requirements

  • Creating detailed RFQs for international vendors

  • Vetting vendor responses for compliance, capacity, and quality standards

  • Developing pricing models that incorporate landed costs, duties, and margins

  • Building quote decks for internal stakeholders and client presentations

  • Support Product Development department - get sales leads from salespeople internally > find factories that can help produce the product based on customers’ specifications > gets bids from those factories > determine the best bid > create quote > send to the customer

  • Manage the project using a Project Management Software - use in sending POs until order delivery in the US.

  • Learn the easiest process first, there will be training and coaching and work with the US side by side. Eventually, get another task until they are familiar with the processes.

  • Not a client / customer-facing role

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

  • Experience in sales administrative support like quotation, pricing and project brief

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e.: Google Spreadsheet, Google Slide, Gmail)

  • Ability to learn project management software (JIRA)

  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker

  • High aptitude to learn new things

  • Experience in ERP (NetSuite)
