Provide hands-on, client-facing NetSuite functional support and managed services. Troubleshoot configurations, customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations; deliver enhancements, data migrations, health checks, documentation, and client training while mentoring junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and JavaScript. Hands-on Controller responsible for overseeing accounting operations, month-end/year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and NetSuite data integrity. Prepares financial statements, manages cash flow forecasting, ensures US GAAP compliance, improves processes and internal controls, and mentors accounting staff for US-based clients.

Design, develop, test, and maintain NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce). Implement SOX-compliant workflows, approvals, and application controls; support integrations (REST/SOAP, Coupa, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft), provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot APIs and performance, and assist audits and change management.

Prepare, cleanse, map, and validate client financial and operational data for NetSuite migrations. Execute CSV imports, perform reconciliation and testing, assist with AP/AR/opening balance conversions, document processes, and support multiple implementation projects to ensure accurate go-lives.

Lead NetSuite FSM implementations: run discovery, configure Projects/Service Management/billing, execute FSM JSON and SDF deployments, validate migrations, troubleshoot integrations, train users, and document reusable delivery patterns.

Serve as primary client support for NetSuite and related applications: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues via email/phone/chat, document cases, escalate complex problems, stay current on product changes, and contribute to process and knowledge improvements to ensure client success.

Validate features across web, mobile, and backend by creating and executing test cases, building and maintaining automated UI and API test suites, performing exploratory and regression testing, documenting defects and test plans, and collaborating with developers and product teams to improve quality and release readiness.

Manage company cash outflows, record vendor invoices, reconcile corporate credit cards, maintain job cost files, support month-end AP tasks, prepare tax and 1099 filings, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate project cost tracking.

Support end-to-end candidate sourcing for technical and non-technical roles: conduct proactive searches across job boards, engage and screen candidates, maintain talent pools and ATS records, present candidate shortlists, coordinate interviews, and report on sourcing metrics while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

Design, build and maintain system integrations and workflow automations across business tools (CRM, ATS, HRIS, ERP). Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, gather requirements, document solutions, collaborate with TA/CS/Sales/HR, and provide IT support including ticket handling and device setup.
