Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales organization through Salesforce administration, sales process support, pricing coordination, and ticket management.

You will be an important operational partner to the Sales team. It ensures CRM data accuracy, resolves daily sales requests, supports pricing and quoting processes, and helps teams navigate Salesforce and related tools. You are curious, asks thoughtful questions, works independently, and enjoys collaborating with multiple team members to solve business problems.

The successful candidate will organize, direct themselves, and manage competing priorities while providing exceptional support to internal customers.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Support & Business Operations

  • Be a primary contact for Sales teams regarding operational and Salesforce-related requests.
  • Support sales representatives and managers with account, opportunity, pipeline, and process-related inquiries.
  • Manage support cases to meet established service levels.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Salesforce Administration & CRM Support

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with CRM standards.
  • Assist users with Salesforce troubleshooting, navigation, reporting, and best practices.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for sales processes, workflows, and system procedures.
  • Support user onboarding projects.

Pricing & Quote Support

  • Assist Sales teams with pricing requests and approvals.
  • Support quote creation, pricing governance, and commercial processes.
  • Work with Finance and Sales Leadership to ensure pricing accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Provide support for CPQ-related activities and quoting workflows.
  • Help monitor pricing exceptions and approval processes.

Customer Service & Ticket Management

  • Manage and resolve operational requests through our case management and ticketing platform.
  • Track open issues and escalate complex requests.
  • Communicate with team members regarding ticket status and resolution.
  • Ensure a positive internal customer experience through responsiveness.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.
  • Coordinate with multiple partners to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support strategic programs that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Build relationships across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required. (Mandatory)
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, Customer Support, or a related function.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and commercial processes.
  • Experience working with ticketing or case management systems.
  • Experience supporting pricing, quoting, or CPQ processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Knowledge of sales process management and CRM best practices.
  • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Exposure to customer service operations and case management workflows.
  • Experience supporting global or regional sales organizations.
