A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

Responsibilities :

  • Be a resource for sales members on sales tools,
  • Acts as liaison between sales, technology, and data teams, providing support in sales operations-related technology issues as necessary,
  • Identifying the technical problems encountered by the sales team in their daily operations and reporting and mobilizing the technical team to solve them,
  • Determining the training needs of the sales team on technical issues, providing technical training to eliminate these deficiencies or organizing these trainings,
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports,
  • Providing sales data and guides to the sales department,
  • Managing sales tracking tools and reporting on important information,
  • Suggest sales process improvements,
  • Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors,
  • Facilitate the connection of sales data across departments.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations and technical training,
  • Proficiency in sales acceleration and CRM management tools,
  • Broad understanding of Enterprise and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architectures,
    Ability to present and engage in business value discussions,
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization,
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, especially in Excel,
  • Ability to work in a diverse multicultural work environment,
  • Strong ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
