A brief job description of the
position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined
below;
Responsibilities :
- Be a
resource for sales members on sales tools,
- Acts
as liaison between sales, technology, and data teams, providing support in
sales operations-related technology issues as necessary,
- Identifying
the technical problems encountered by the sales team in their daily
operations and reporting and mobilizing the technical team to solve them,
- Determining
the training needs of the sales team on technical issues, providing
technical training to eliminate these deficiencies or organizing these trainings,
- Developing
and monitoring performance indicators for sales, managing sales tracking
tools, and compiling reports,
- Providing
sales data and guides to the sales department,
- Managing
sales tracking tools and reporting on important information,
- Suggest
sales process improvements,
- Reporting
any unusual activity to supervisors,
- Facilitate
the connection of sales data across departments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree,
- Minimum
3 years of experience in sales operations and technical training,
- Proficiency
in sales acceleration and CRM management tools,
- Broad understanding of Enterprise and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architectures,Ability to present and engage in business value discussions,
- Able
to work with cross-functional teams within the organization,
- Hands-on
experience with ERP and CRM systems,
- Excellent
command of spoken and written English,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Proficiency
in Microsoft software, especially in Excel,
- Ability
to work in a diverse multicultural work environment,
- Strong
ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
