Job Description Summary
Technology Regulatory PM Role Objectives:
This role will lead Technology Regulatory project planning and the execution of the defined plan in strong partnership with key stakeholders across all key functions so as to achieve regulatory compliance objectives of the market. Market workstreams inscope for this role include: Regulatory Reporting, Customer Engagement and Migration, Legal Entity.
Responsibilities
This role will work with Regulatory sponsor to define project scope, objectives and timelines, coordinate overall project plan across all workstreams and work with workstream leads to implement Technology Regulatry requirements. Responsibilities also include identify risks and work with appropriate team to manage risks, manage internal and external customer communications, support internal/external audits. And also provide transparency, progress and ensure execution to the defined and agreed plan.
Key Responsibilities (Not Limited):
 Project Initiation (Scope and Objectives)
o Define the boundaries and scope along with stakeholders
o Align the scope with all stakeholders
o Establish a sign off process
o Establish a change control process
o Establish audit requirements and acceptance criteria at the end of the project
o Establish R&R across different functions and identify key contacts
 Project Planning
o Build an Technology Regulatory project plan considering market, regulatory and organization realities
o Ensure program governance and communication plans are established
o Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and workstreams are identified
o Coordinate with Public Policy, Regulatory affairs, LFI and Data Privacy to ensure clarity on the Regulatory requirements and share the same with all stakeholders
 Project Execution:
o Support the timely completion of project across all workstreams with an in-depth understanding of project implementation and an ability to anticipate potential trouble-spots and financial impact of delays
o Co-ordinate with Technology for timely delivery of the required changes
o Co-ordinate with Legal team to draft various contractual agreements and support the signing of the documents
o Closely partner with Technology for any external announcements e.g. Core releases
o Partner with all workstreams for implementation of the mandate's requirements
 Risk management & Financial management:
o Engage key stakeholders in identifying project/program risks and work out plans and strategies to mitigate those risks
o Be empowered to escalate issues quickly when needed to get cross-functional alignment
 Communications management:
o Support Localization Team to establish a cadence of OpCo and SteerCo across appropriate stakeholders
o Ensure necessary actions coming out of OpCo and SteerCo
 Compliance Audit:
o Coordinate gathering of evidence with workstreams and supporting External Auditors
 Project Closure:
o Support Project closure meeting to call out completion of activities and determine owners of subsequent RUN activities
o Ensure Retrospective is conducted and lessons learnt are captured
All About You• Proven ability to work as a Program/Project Manager professional.• High energy, ownership mindset, and a strong drive to succeed, backed by analytical, technical, and strategic capabilities. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define problem statements and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions. • Quick learner with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business and regulatory language-and vice versa. • Deep understanding of the payments industry, both functionally and technically. • Experience in technology and the banking industry. • Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-with the ability to lead challenging regulatory and business discussions. • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed, cross-functional environment. • Familiarity with emerging tech trends such as APIs, Real-Time Payments, and Fintech innovations. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager
  • Experience managing regulatory technology programs (Regulatory Reporting, Customer Migration, Legal Entity)
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry, both functional and technical
  • Experience in technology and banking industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business and regulatory language and vice versa
  • Experience coordinating compliance audits and supporting external auditors
  • Familiarity with APIs, Real-Time Payments, and fintech innovations
  • Analytical, technical, and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working in geographically distributed, cross-functional environments
