BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as a Sales Operation Specialist in São Paulo, Brasil.


Mission:

The primary mission of the Sales Operations Specialist is to optimize processes, analyze data, and provide strategic support to the sales team and management team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations, driving team productivity, and helping achieve the business objectives of our company, a leader in the technology market. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 
  • Ensure data integrity in the CRM and other related systems. 
  • Develop and implement improvements to sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team in setting objectives, forecasts, and commercial strategies. 
  • Oversee the consistency and accuracy of commercial proposals and contracts. 
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient sales management. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related positions.
  • Proven history working with Sales operations, performance metric, reports for management,etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic sciences or related fields.
  • English Level is required.
