Job Description:
Arrow is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to bring their talents to our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead customer supply chain program orchestration across cross-functional teams, including customer issue resolution, operational strategy development, return material authorization (RMA) oversight, and service delivery for inbound and outbound inventory hub shipments.
Serve as the primary escalation point for client and operational issues, partnering with internal Arrow teams to resolve supplier, ship-to-site, contract, service, KPI, SLA, and new program capability concerns.
Design and implement customer-specific processes and special service models that support program goals, operational scalability, and appropriate financial performance.
Select, develop, and evaluate team members while monitoring work quality, operational execution, and adherence to program KPIs and SLAs.
Support customer RFQ activities by aligning customer-specific strategies with service and capability requirements that enable program growth and scale.
Maintain regular client engagement to review program performance, address needs and concerns, and strengthen relationships that support program growth and potential new business opportunities.
Review finance and operations data, including NSB, fees collected, forecasts, shipment history, inventory, and RMAs, and partner with the appropriate Sales Director to highlight risks, trends, and follow-up needs.
Prepare and present operational data for QBRs and other client or leadership reviews as needed.
Communicate client program requirements to internal Arrow resources and document processes as needed to support consistent execution.
Identify operational efficiency opportunities across the program and work with appropriate resources to implement improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
An Operations professional with the ability to balance the needs of the Arrow sales, service center, finance and warehouse teams with the needs of the customer and be the liaison between these teams and the customer.
Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain, and material planning, with the ability to apply that knowledge to customer-specific programs, operational execution, and scalable service models.
Operations background or experience dealing with cross functional teams.
Individuals with exemplary customer service skills who are calm, responsive and can service as an escalation point
5-7 years' experience with Supply Chain Management.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and make critical contacts.
Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
Ability and willingness to travel ~15%, both domestically within the United States and internationally, as business needs require.
