What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Operations, APAC, you’ll be the go-to operations partner for the Regional VP of Sales for ANZ, helping shape and deliver the sales strategy in the region.
You will:
• Act as the operational right hand to the RVP, collaborating on forecasting, performance analysis, GTM planning, pipeline management, and regional execution.
• Be ready to step in as a proxy for the Regional Sales Leader, representing the region in cross-functional discussions and global forums when needed.
• Own core sales processes end to end — from sales forecasting and territory planning to demand generation, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive operational rigor by designing and improving scalable, effective workflows across the ANZ Sales organization.
• Deliver actionable insights by interpreting data across Salesforce, BI tools, and other sources — guiding decisions on growth, performance, and coverage.
• Champion data quality and act as the local SME for our sales tech stack enabling precision in pipeline, forecasting, and planning.
• Collaborate globally with peers in GTM Ops, Enablement, and RevOps to influence process, tooling, and KPI standards.
• Contribute to global initiatives where appropriate, ensuring the voice of ANZ is represented in broader field operations strategy.
What you bring to the role
We’re looking for someone who blends operational excellence with a hands-on, human-centered approach. You should have:

  • A track record of partnering with sales leaders, delivering business-critical insights, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline business processes, automate workflows, or enhance sales operations analytics.
  • Strong analytical chops, you’re comfortable with complex models, data wrangling (SQL a plus), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Expertise in CRM and sales tools, especially Salesforce, and a working understanding of pipeline hygiene, forecasting methodologies, and territory management.
  • Experience guiding and coaching remote analysts or offshore resources to support core business functions, ensuring alignment, clarity, and impact.
  • A growth mindset, you embrace change, seek feedback, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and drive results.
  • A team-first orientation, you’ll be part of a globally distributed, collaborative ops community that thrives on shared success.
