About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager will own and build out the processes, technical stack, and strategy to enable our sales and Go-to-market teams’ productivity. You will optimize our Salesforce implementation, streamline lead routing, and ensure data integrity. You’ll build and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to track progress towards quarterly goals. You’ll be working alongside our primarily remote sales team and will help develop a formal onboarding and training process for new hires. 

Even though this position is based in Portugal, you will be working closely with US based employees. You should be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, adoption, and management of sales enablement tools (Gong, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to improve sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the utilization of sales tools and ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales analytics and reporting dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team effectively leverages sales enablement tools.
  • Manage data integrity within Salesforce and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and data.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing campaigns with sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, scripts, and presentations to support sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with sales & marketing tools such as Gong, Marketo, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to train and enable sales teams on the effective use of technology and sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

This position is based in Portugal, and candidates are not eligible for the benefits below.

The base salary listed is a range for this position. Actual pay will depend on the candidate’s location and experience.

€35.000€45.000 EUR
