Responsibilities
- Track and manage inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Clean and update account and contact data in Salesforce
- Support data quality initiatives for sales and marketing, including segmentation and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to improve lead management and conversion
- Help maintain and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Availability for at least 3 months (with potential to extend based on performance)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset
- Interest in learning Salesforce and understanding sales/marketing ops
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools
- Must be able to work onsite in Santa Barbara at least 3 days per week, for 5+ hours per day
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during standard business hours
Bonus
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Exposure to data management, reporting, or segmentation
- Understanding of basic sales or marketing concepts
