The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting sales performance by maintaining sales processes, reporting, and operational excellence that enable business growth. Working closely with sales, business, and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights that drive results.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Support sales operations activities, including customer sales order life cycle.

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels and interface with our local warehouse

  • Partner with sales teams, management, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer and business requirements.

  • Generate reports and analyze sales trends, pipeline activity, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support sales automation tools, forecasting activities, and process enhancements that improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Business Analysis, Reporting, or a related commercial environment.

  • Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
