FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Own and manage sales operations processes in global CRM system and act as a subject matter expert for related functionalities.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales CRM processes in local offices and oversee smooth daily execution by resolving issues and supporting users.
- Monitor process performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements based on best practices.
- Identify improvement opportunities in sales CRM processes, define requirements, support solution design, and perform user testing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver process-related trainings, ensuring materials reflect current processes and system updates.
- Support global sales projects from CRM perspective, ensuring clear communication and successful local execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for sales processes and CRM system across offices.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school or University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, management)
Experience:
- 6 years plus of previous work experience on similar position
Knowledge:
- Ability to understand business priorities
- Knowledge of sales principles, metrics and KPIs
- Proven experience with active participation in CRM usage and/or CRM implementation into sales organization (ideally Salesforce)
- Understanding of databases and customer relationship management tools in general
- Salesforce CRM experience - proven user experience or certification is a nice to have
- Attention to detail and strong follow up
- Proven years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
- Pro-activity, Negotiation, Out of the box thinking
Language:
- English C1
Basic wage component (gross): from 2100 EUR
Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
