The Global Sourcing Manager - IT Services & Technology reports directly to the Sr Global Sourcing Manager within the Global Digital Sourcing Management function. This is a data-driven, analytically focused role that works closely with Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) stakeholders to lead sourcing and contract management practices on a global scale for IT Services & Technology.
The successful candidate will have analytical capability who leverages data insights to drive sourcing strategy, manage bid events, lead supplier negotiations, support project execution, and ensure controls and compliance across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
How you will contribute
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Conduct spend analysis, cost modelling, and scenario planning to identify cost-saving opportunities and quantify value across sourcing initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate bid responses, benchmark pricing, and support competitive negotiations with suppliers.
- Analyse industry trends, internal spend patterns, and contract data to proactively identify supply base risks, protect continuity of supply, and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Sourcing & Contract Management
- Learn and execute global sourcing strategies utilising leading-edge, data-informed sourcing techniques.
- Manage all phases of the sourcing and contract management process - including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) - ensuring compliance and strategic objectives are met.
- Create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, and generate contracts to assure seamless sourcing of all relevant IT Services & Technology.
- Ensure full compliance to procurement buying policy for 100% of spend under management.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Partner with key global stakeholders across Procurement and Mondelez Digital Services to ensure success in key deliverables, using data storytelling to influence decision-making.
- Support the global Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme with key suppliers - including defining data-driven metrics, performance goals, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead negotiations for best possible cost-service outcomes and develop "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable supplier relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Finance, Tax, and other support functions for efficient contract execution.
Strategic Delivery
- Support the delivery of strategic Global Supplier Management objectives including Productivity, Cashflow, Cost Avoidance, and Supplier Diversity - underpinned by robust data tracking and reporting.

- Data & Analytics Capability - Demonstrated expertise in data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and visualisation to support procurement decision-making. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking - An analytical mindset with the ability to interrogate data, identify patterns, and solve complex sourcing challenges through evidence-based reasoning.
- Tools & Systems Proficiency - Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling), PowerPoint (data-driven presentations), and experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Problem Solving - Ability to apply structured, data-led problem-solving approaches to drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management & Communication - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Relationship Management - Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers at a global level.
