- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 3,000. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Role Description
As an AI Architect you will help the world’s most impactful Financial Institutes design agentic platforms. You will take ambiguous client problems and turn them into target architectures, roadmaps and implementation requirements and then create reusable patterns, reference architectures, accelerators and methodologies that other consultants can use.
- Act as the bridge between business functions, IT, and Management to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable and efficient agentic architectures.
- Be the high-level advisor for C-suite stakeholders translating their challenges into technical AI roadmaps.
- Design safe and precise memory architectures, compliant multi-agent systems, and tool/skill workbenches.
- Design and oversee implementation of tracing-, monitoring-, and evaluation systems for Agentic AI.
- Jointly with Risk Management/Compliance define and guide the implementation of guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.
- Lead the documentation and communication of technical concepts effectively.
Skills and Expertise
- Several years of experience in the architecture and delivery of AI solutions in Finance. Experience with Asset Management / Investment Banking preferred.
- Experience with Agent Builder, M365 and PowerBI Copilot, Cowork,
- A deep understanding of modern data platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Copilot Studio and Cowork, and their practical applications in technology and finance.
- Proficiency in AgentOps in common cloud environments. Knowledge of Azure preferred.
- Knowledge of both MCP/API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
- Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems like Langfuse or Weights & Biases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency English (German is a big advantage)
