Sales Operations Desk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Desk (SOD) to join our Sales Operations team and support a strategic account. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless operational execution across order management, service contracts, billing, reporting, and customer account activities.

As a key partner to Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams, you will help drive operational excellence, maintain data accuracy, and support the successful delivery of customer projects and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data, processes, and business systems to ensure efficient and accurate execution of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities for the strategic account, including order processing, service contract creation and maintenance, billing activities, and reporting support, while ensuring timely execution of month end and quarter end close deliverables and operational deadlines.
• Process hardware and service orders, monitor order progress, and provide proactive status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Track service contracts, recurring services, and customer account activities to ensure accurate fulfillment, billing, and reporting.
• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Operations teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
• Support ongoing operational processes and help resolve order, contract, and billing-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with monthly reporting activities, including data validation and cross functional collaboration.

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar business operations role, an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English - Must
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field - Must
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) - Must
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Fusion, Salesforce, etc.) - Advantage
• Ability to create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Ability to manage customer activities accurately and professionally.
• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
