Develop and manage strategic UK partner relationships across system integrators, service providers, resellers, and technology partners. Build and grow AudioCodes Meeting Insights across ASEAN as a hands-on enterprise sales leader. Personally generate pipeline, close complex enterprise deals, establish repeatable GTM processes and partner channels, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, and recruit/lead a small regional team as the business scales.

Lead commercial growth of Voice AI across APAC by qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, running demos/POCs/pilots, and converting pipeline into bookings. Engage enterprise customers and partners, build use cases, capture metrics for ROI/TCO, own RFP/RFI responses, and enable partners while representing AudioCodes as the regional Voice AI SME.

Customer-facing Sales Engineer for APAC driving adoption of AudioCodes Voice AI and contact center solutions. Partner with sales to design solutions, run demonstrations and PoCs, lead discovery workshops, produce RFP/RFI responses, and build ROI/TCO cases while coordinating with partners and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and enablement across the region.

Lead APAC presales for AudioCodes Voca CIC: design AI-powered contact center solutions, run demos and PoCs, enable partners, support RFPs, and provide product feedback to drive adoption.

Lead technical presales for AudioCodes Voca CIC across APAC: conduct discovery, design scalable contact center and Conversational AI solutions, deliver demos and PoCs, enable partners, support RFPs, and provide product feedback to shape roadmap.
