HeadQuarters is a global start-up that partners with US cannabis companies to provide support in finance, sales operations, digital marketing and logistics. We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Operations Administrator.
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling various data-related tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes.
The working hours for this position are 9 am - 5 pm EST (afternoon hours for candidates located in Europe).
Your tasks will be:
- Excel and Data Management: Your primary responsibility will be managing and organizing sales data efficiently. In order to analyze, manipulate, and update data, you will need a good understanding of Excel.
- Order Entry: You will be responsible for accurately entering sales orders into our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured without errors.
- Reporting: Providing sales teams and management with regular sales reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Task Support: Assist the Sales Operations team in various administrative tasks, updating customer information, and coordinating with different departments.
- Other tasks in service of our client: Handle day-to-day tasks that streamline sales processes and contribute to overall efficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills - with emphasis on pivot tables
- Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
