The Team
The EMEA Sales Operations team helps sales leaders spend more time selling and less time dealing with unclear data, reports, or processes. The team supports the business with strong analysis and solid operational follow-up, so revenue, bookings, and pipeline are easier to track and decisions are based on facts.
You will work in a team of 3 peers, with an inspiring leader based in Germany, focused on supporting the EMEA business. You will also be part of the wider global Sales Operations team and work with colleagues across the business.
The team supports sales leadership by answering ad hoc questions, improving reporting and forecasting, and making sure follow-up actions do not get lost. The goal is to improve visibility, consistency, and day-to-day sales execution across EMEA.
What is the role
As Sales Operations Specialist, you support the EMEA sales organization with analytics, forecasting, reporting, and operational follow-up. The role includes some strategic exposure, but the main focus is tactical and operational work that helps the business move forward.
You will add hands-on support to the team and work closely with regional sales leadership. You will help run reporting and analysis, answer ad hoc business questions, and support the day-to-day work that keeps the EMEA sales organization on track.
What you will do
- Support EMEA sales leaders with recurring reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across revenue, bookings, and pipeline
- Turn complex sales data into clear insights, conclusions, and actions for business stakeholders.
- Prepare analysis and materials for forecast reviews, business reviews, and ad hoc leadership requests.
- Support the day-to-day work of the business by tracking follow-ups, keeping visibility on open topics, and helping actions move forward.
- Identify data gaps, risks, and inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to improve accuracy and transparency.
- Contribute to process improvements that make reporting, forecasting, and sales support more efficient and reliable.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners in the CCO EMEA organization, helping them get up to speed on key tools, processes, and ways of working.
You bring structure, priority, and calm when things become busy or unclear. You are analytical and hands-on, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, deadlines are tight, and questions are not always fully defined.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or a related role, ideally in a regional or global B2B environment.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to turn complex data into practical business insight, clear recommendations, and better decisions.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle urgent or unclear requests with resilience and sound judgment.
- Confidence working with stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed, and making sure follow-up happens.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ tools such as Zuora or similar solutions
