This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Job Family Definition:
Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and adhere to the RPB Global Operating Model
- Own and execute regular RPB processes like order management, MOQ review, order release, customer request (tickets) management, etc.
- Request/ share data and coordinate actions with other teams and functions as guided by the process
- Issue reports related to the assigned operational activity and analyze the data
- Manage information and data as required by the assigned process
- Monitor customer requests coming through the official channels, assign tickets to respective owners, follow up on ticket closure within the pre-defined timelines
- Act as escalation point for customers/partners for order fulfilment issues;
- Support projects related to process or operational quality improvements.

- Responses to customers and stakeholders are with good quality and respect the timeline guidance

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Degree in Business related subject
- 2+ years in Supply Chain or Sales operations/support role
Other requirements:
- Fluent in English language – written and spoken
- Lean SixSigma knowledge is a plus

- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service mind-set
- Ability to communicate effectively across different functions, ideally in multi-cultural environment
- Focus on the detail together with ability to assess the big picture
- Result-oriented, self-started, able to achieve goals and objectives
- Team player, communicative and flexible, quality mind-set
Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
- Usage of MS office applications (Excel, Power Point)
- SAP/ERP system experience is a plus
