As a member of the Business Development & Engineering (BD&E) team, the BD Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of I2M change projects as well as NPD (new SKUs extensions/line extensions, roll outs, recipe changes, packaging changes and NPDs) within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints within the Kazichene plant. Coordinates the change management required for the implementation of the projects in line with IIM methodology.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Engage professionally with PCMs and other BU representatives to deliver the change management service on behalf of the Plant. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and ensure that risks are escalated to appropriate levels and corrective actions identified and carried out.
2. Coordinate with key stakeholders the planning and plant implementation of projects covering: line trials, materials delivery, sample management, coordination of training, and project documentation.
3. Be responsible for initiating IBRs calculations; SFG, RM, PM creation/changes in MDG; BOM creation/ changes in SAP; AW approvals due to I2M driven changes on packaging.
4. Engage and support project team members to meet NPD and change project objectives. Through clear communication of project objectives, timelines and accountabilities, ensure that NPD and change is delivered for the required ATO with all key milestones met.
5. Work against agreed briefs, supplied via the I2M process, complying with reporting and documentation requirements.
6. Develop expertise on Plant capability, capacity checks, potential offloads, and constraints.
7. Drive out cost in the Plant through consistently challenging existing systems and processes, ensuring I2M projects meets agreed Plant targets and protocols.
8. Support thoroughly any plant/production related productivity projects.
9. Ensure complexity is minimized and levels of waste are kept within expectations. Eliminates all losses in the projects delivery following IIM methodology.
10. Complies with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), environment safety and SSE instructions, applicable and posted at the assigned place of work.
11. Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
12. Perform other tasks and assignments within the scope of responsibility.
