The role & impact
In this role, you will be a key driver of commercial outcomes, sitting at the heart of the UK go-to-market performance. Your focus will be on turning high-quality analytics into the clear, actionable insights that help our leaders and sellers make better decisions every day.

The team & how they connect
You will be embedded within the UK Go-To-Market team, working closely with colleagues across Field Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Data and Insights. This is a collaborative environment where everyone is united behind the mission to win the UK market through shared goals and mutual support.
Initially, you will focus on
Supporting the Sales Operations Lead with critical forecasting, territory management, and partner segmentation initiatives.
Gaining hands-on exposure to our core technology stack, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gong, and Clari.
Building and maintaining the dashboards and reports that provide the foundation for commercial decision-making.
Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency by capturing feedback from the sales team and turning it into process improvements.
