Role Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of quotes, with a strong focus on meeting period-end deadlines. This position ensures Sales teams comply with internal policies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce adherence
What You Will do
- Ensure quotes are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines.
- Ensure Sales teams are compliant with internal policies, directly partnering with cross functional teams to ensure policies are adhered to and enforced.
- Understand end-to-end processes across the deal flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to expeditiously resolve issues.
- Meet Service Level Agreements and KPI’s for Deal Flow processing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales for all topics regarding quoting, discounting, pricing, commercial terms, and approvals.
- Effectively run profitability analysis on deals and communicate results to Sales.
What You Will Bring
- BA in Business Administration or Finance, or relevant work experience.
- 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Contract Management experience preferred.
- Deal Flow experience strongly preferred.
- Deal Desk experience a plus.
- Full Professional Proficiency or Native/Bilingual Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently without direct oversight
- Follow Guidance, Procedures, and Policy initiatives consistently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Customer oriented and able to balance the needs of the customer, with the needs of the Company.
- Ability to understand the different business fundamentals of software, hardware, and services.
- Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate practical judgement on time sensitive situations.
- Collaborative style, with ability to clearly communicate and articulate technical, operational, or policy issues up, down, and laterally.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ.
- Thrives in a supportive, sales-focused environment.
- Efficiency minded team player.
