Manage Sophos’s strategic MSP partners, developing joint business plans, revenue strategies, service offerings, and growth opportunities. Drive new business, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, forecasting, and complex deal closure. Lead joint business reviews, partner enablement, marketing plans, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Build executive relationships, support MDR and cybersecurity solution adoption, and ensure partners meet sales and profitability objectives.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Sophos’s Windows Endpoint Platform. Translate Windows operating system changes, security requirements, customer needs, and threat landscape shifts into priorities for Engineering and cross-functional teams. Lead platform modernization, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, telemetry, deployment, and reliability initiatives. Partner with Microsoft and support go-to-market activities, customer engagement, partner enablement, and executive communications for global enterprise security products.

Monitors, investigates, and responds to cybersecurity alerts across customer environments in a 24/7 MDR operation. Responsibilities include threat hunting, incident response, phishing and malware analysis, detection tuning, case documentation, client communication, and playbook improvement. The role also mentors junior analysts, researches emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and supports security operations processes. Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Investigate and respond to high-severity cybersecurity incidents affecting OT and ICS environments. Conduct root cause analysis, threat hunting, network and log analysis, detection engineering, alert tuning, and SIEM monitoring. Advise customers on remediation, risk reduction, security controls, and operational resilience. Research OT-specific threats and contribute to security tools, automation, and improved cyber defense capabilities. Participate in 24/7 shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provides global technical leadership for Sophos’s MSSP program and AI security solutions. Leads solution design, architecture workshops, demonstrations, proofs of value, partner enablement, and technical evaluations. Advises MSSP partners on managed security service architecture, integrations, automation, and operational readiness while building AI security labs and attack simulations. Engages customers, partners, and internal teams across regions, mentors technical stakeholders, contributes market insights, and represents Sophos in industry forums. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Provides global technical leadership for Sophos’s MSSP program and AI security solutions. Designs architectures, leads technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of value, and builds labs, attack simulations, and reusable technical assets. Advises partners on managed security service delivery, integrations, automation, and operational readiness. Acts as a cybersecurity and AI security subject-matter expert, mentors technical teams, supports cross-functional product efforts, and represents Sophos in customer and industry engagements. Travel up to 50% across North America and internationally is required.

Supports global accounting compliance, financial controls, audits, close activities, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and remediation tracking. Administers and monitors finance systems including SAP, OneStream, Zuora, Pagero, and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, access, workflows, and interface performance.
