We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team - someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys working with numbers, and take ownership in maintaining accurate commission and bonus administration. 
 
This role is a key part of ensuring our sales compensation processes run smoothly, audits are precise, and our payroll submissions are accurate. You'll work closely with Sales Management, Payroll, and Accounting teams to maintain integrity in reporting and provide support  to the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Commissions: Process audits and authorize payments for payroll, ensuring accuracy in commission and bonus calculations. 
  • Promotions Administration: Create monthly promotion templates for the sales team and confirm authorized discounts. 
  • Reconciliation: Ensure compensation plans and monthly promotions in company CRM applications match approvals from Sales Management. 
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate payroll and commission information as necessary. 
  • Payroll Collaboration: Partner with payroll administrators to verify accurate payment details for the sales team.  
  • Special Calculations: Calculate commissions accurately when 2nd-tier financing participation is required. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and grow relationships with payroll, accounting, and other internal teams. 
  • Audit & Support: Audit outstanding commissions for potential missed payments and provide additional training or support to Sales team as needed. 
  • Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Accuracy: High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting. 
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track.
  • CRM Knowledge: Ability to update and manage CRM tools with audits and payroll data. 
  • Problem Solving: Positive attitude and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise.

Physical Requirements

  • Office Setting: On-site with normal open-office noise level
  • Computer Work: Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination.
  • Vision & Lifting: Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed.
  • Adaptability: Reliable attendance, able to manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing tasks.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience
