About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage agency incentive programs and contract operations within our commercialization team. This role is key to supporting the integrity and efficiency of contract workflows, rebate tracking, and ensuring commercial compliance with our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle for agencies and advertisers, including NDAs, onboarding agreements, and addendums.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal teams to ensure accuracy, timely approval, and signature tracking.

  • Maintain organized records and dashboards for contract control and audit purposes.

  • Support updates and alignment with global teams on contract standards and processes.

Agency Incentives & Rebates

  • Manage the end-to-end rebate process for advertising agencies, including analysis of eligibility based on campaign data and financial validation.

  • Track and follow up on overdue payments and agency compliance to ensure alignment with incentive program policies.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing status and maintain accuracy in incentive calculations.

  • Build reports to provide visibility on incentive performance and payment schedules.

Operational Improvements

  • Identify process improvement opportunities across contract and rebate management.

  • Help document procedures and support automation initiatives in partnership with system teams.

💼 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards – essential).
  • Experience working in media agencies, advertising networks, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and commercial incentive models.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with contract workflows, billing processes, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
