Position Summary

Responsible for supporting end-to-end Sales Operations and Logistics activities by managing customer orders, delivery schedules, demand forecasts, consignment dispatches, and accounts receivable follow-up. Coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment, smooth import operations, timely domestic deliveries, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

1. Process customer purchase orders via email and Web-based EDI. Maintain customer databases and update contact information in SAP
2. Prepare and process sales orders,credit memos, debit memos, proforma invoices, and sales return orders in SAP
3. Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment. Follow up on pending customer orders, billing, and payments
4. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and trading regulations
5. Review and confirm customer delivery requirements, schedules, and shipping instructions. Create and process shipment transactions in SAP upon customer order
6. Generate Delivery Orders, Picking Lists, Invoices, and related shipping documents accurately and on time in SAP
7. Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch
8. Support other logistics and administrative activities assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience. (Experience in the automotive industry is preferred)

• Experience in trading, automotive, or manufacturing companies, with import, export, and customs knowledge
• Good communication skill in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiar with Salesforce, ERP and SAP would be preferred
• Strong organizational, Problem solving, Critical thinking multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities
• Good team player and highly motivated with lot of initiatives
