Leads the Product and Process Engineering team supporting high-volume manufacturing. Assists with benefits and payroll inquiries, employee training coordination, recruiting, HRIS and personnel record maintenance, onboarding, exit interviews, policy communication, reporting, and administrative events. Requires familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree focused on human resources or a related business field. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Provides onsite and remote technical support to employees across regions and time zones. Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues; documents tickets; collaborates on complex problems; trains end users; maintains hardware and software inventories; performs system maintenance and updates; and configures new technology. Requires strong communication, independence, teamwork, and the ability to support culturally diverse users.
